Top Floor Apartment Full Refurbishment | Finchley

Built in the the 19th century, we were tasked with tackling the top floor apartment in an old apartment complex. Due to it's age, the apartment ,which is over 100m², was in need of a full makeover. Requiring both electrical and plumbing work.

The whole apartment had been stripped bare, allowing us to give it a whole new life, just as the owners had envisioned it. Taken care of from top to bottom, we have fully refurbished this apartment.

Aside from things such as plastering or tiling, the apartment had also been fitted with new air conditioning, both bathrooms have been fitted with under floor heating and most notably, we have taken down one of the bathroom walls, making a new one just 30cm away, creating a 'new' roomy bathroom with space to accommodate the owner's needs. The whole house had been also been redecorated, giving it a modern feel.
