Rendering, Garage Built and Garden Overhaul | Bexleyheath

This was certainly one of the bigger projects we have taken on, but as for us, we are not afraid to take on any challenge.

Starting with the house itself, the whole house has been rendered top to bottom, using 10cm styrofoam insulation and a 1.5mm silicon render in an off white colour, making it the most eye catching house on the block.

We have also made an addition to the house by building a free standing garage, receiving the same treatment on the outside by being rendered in the same way,

Moving on. the garden was overhauled completely.

We started with the ground, sowing new grass and planting tree saplings,

then, we were tasked with creating a patio, which required the ground to be levelled and reinforced concrete to be put down so we could lay stunning granite slabs. This patio also features short granite brick walls.

We had also made new garden beds for said tree saplings, they add an array of colour to the garden and give it a lovely, modern yet homey look.

We had used sleepers to create a base, and then filled with loose dirt and packed gravel on top.
