First Floor Extension, Loft Conversion and More | Hampton

This stunning house in Hampton was a wonder to work on, from a quiet neighborhood to a stunning garden, the area itself felt as if it was a whole other world at times.

To start off, we were tasked with extending the first floor to suit the owners needs. In the extended first floor we had also constructed two new bathrooms as the original build only had one. The old bathroom was fully renovated to update the electrical work and plumbing to a modern standard and make to be in the style of the two new bathrooms. A utility room has also been constructed as to add to the new bathrooms and daily comfort of having every appliance in one room.

Due to the first floor being extended, we also had to convert the old roof into a loft, allowing for even more use of space for the owners .

The kitchen has also been fully renovated, fitted with new electrical work, it was tripped bare and fully reworked. Now it features stunning new white furniture with marble worktops, going for a beautiful modern design. Onlooking onto the stunning garden, a brand new patio has been created with a high support and fitted with ceramic white tiles featuring a conservatory. The garden, although already beautiful, had been paved with stone tiles to add to its charm, one side leading to a pergola and the other to a lovely fish pond.

To finish off, the paving at the front of the house has been stripped and we have paved it with new bricks while also leaving space and creating flower beds. A new front brick wall has also been made, fitted with electrical gates and high pillars separating them.
